    Hi

    Have try to deactivate all other plugins, also try to deactivate NexgenGallery.

    Same error.
    I use the latest ver. of Nexgen
    and wp 4.0

    Hosted by GoDaddy.
    Php 5.5

    @mattak1 – What WordPress Permalinks structure are you using? If it is the “Default” try changing it to “Post name” or “Month name” (this is a common GoDaddy related issue).
