• My WordPress website was working just fine then a few days ago it started showing the “No input file specified” error on the frontend and “This page isn’t workingwww.rozariamemorialtrust.org is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500” when I try to log into the Dashboard.

I tried to deactivate the plugins via the File Manager and also edit the .htaccess to no lucky. What could be the problem?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • The same thing happened with my WordPress website recently. I contacted the hosting company and was told there was a problem between the theme and the latest WordPress update. They were able to revert WordPress to the previous update and did something with code to prevent auto-updates. I still need to know how to fix the discrepancy between the theme and the WordPress update – need to get help from ww.wp.xz.cn for that but they apparently don’t have chat or phone connections to tech support. I’m not a sophisticated user, so need their help.

Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.

Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you cannot access wp-admin, there are other ways to deactivate plugins.
