No Install theme tab?

    So, I am trying to install a purchased theme onto wordpress. I every time I click the themes tab, the only thing that shows is ‘trending’, ‘popular’ and ‘newest’, but there is no ‘install’ tab like tutorials show. Can someone pinpoint this problem?

    The blog I need help with is suppernation.com.
