Looks like there is a problem with the initialization.
I tempered with the php file (class-simple-owl-carousel-shortcode.php) and changed / added responsive parameters and in theory it works.
But in reality those parameters aren’t read correctly on initital load. Only when you zoom in or zoom out the page they start to work as intended.
Seems to be a glitch within the code. Are you perhaps familiar with this?
Hi Rico,
Thanks for writing to us.
We have created a new slider and added the shortcode in the page and verify that everything is working fine. It will be helpful if you will attach some screenshot regarding the issue that you are facing.
Feel free to contact us for any further assistance.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
Where can I see the shortcodes you have added?
Here is the link I’m working on:
https://shorturl.at/zBELY
Now the shortcode parameters are set to 4 images and yet I see 7 of them.
My screen resolution is 1920px wide.
Cheers!
Hi Rico,
The testing was on our own site, can you please share the shortcode that you are using so that we can diagnose it.
Feel free to contact us for any further assistance.

Sure, here you go:
[soc_slider_shortcode id=”5519″ items=4 auto_play=”true” autoplay_timeout=”3000″]
Hi Rico,
We want to let you know that items are for the count that how many of the images you want to show in each slider in the frontend. It is not for the count that only 3 images can be displayed in sliders. All the images will be displayed and you can set how many of them should display in one slider in front end.
We have attached some screenshots for your reference.

For 2 Items: https://snipboard.io/9CKbMh.jpg

Hi,
Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, it seems that we may not be on the same page. I understand that the item number represents the number of images. However, in my case, when I select 2, 3, or 4, there are always more pictures displayed.
Did you have a chance to check the link I provided? How many pictures do you see in the slider? I see 7, but there should be only 4.
R.
Hi Rico,
Hope you are well.
We try to reproduce the issue on our site but it seems that everything is working fine. We have use the shortcode that you provided but it is displaying accurately.
Kindly try switching the theme or deactivating the other plugins for the testing purpose.
Feel free to contact us for any further assistance.

Hi, thank you for trying. I hope you are doing well too.
May I see the test you conducted?
Did you use a full-screen container (1920px or more)?
If I limit it to webpage default width (1140px) then it works as intended.
If I use full width it shows 7 images. But once I tap the zoom (in or out), it starts showing 4 images.
Hi Rico,
We have attached a screencast link below, kindly view the attached link.

Yes, thank you, but can you try the 100% width?
Or you can check my link and tell me how many images you see?
https://shorturl.at/zBELY
Hi Rico,
We were using the 10% width on our site. We have checked on your site but in start it shows 7 images and after zoom-in out it displays 4. Kindly try switching or deactivating the plugins for testing purpose.

Hi,
I did. One by one. And each time performed a refresh (CTRL+F5). No changes. Still showing 7 images.
Any other ideas?
Thank you for you support.
