No IOS Support

    This tool doesn’t show on IOS devices!
    Thats a big L. I found out that it has something to do with shadow-DOM.

    Anyway can’t make it work for Iphone or Ipad as example..

    Thank you for raising this. I am sorry for the inconveniece caused to you.

    Please make sure you have not enabled the “Hide on Mobile” option in the Ally settings> design> mobile

    If the problem continues, I’d recommend opening a support ticket with us and including the following:

    • A detailed description of the error
    • A screenshot (if possible)
    • The URL of the affected website
    • iOS version

    This will help us investigate the issue more efficiently and provide a quicker resolution.
