Please make sure you have not enabled the “Hide on Mobile” option in the Ally settings> design> mobile
If the problem continues, I’d recommend opening a support ticket with us and including the following:
- A detailed description of the error
- A screenshot (if possible)
- The URL of the affected website
- iOS version
This will help us investigate the issue more efficiently and provide a quicker resolution.
