Hi @aaron843 ,
Could you please answer following questions:
1. Are you seeing “No items found” inside shop page or on a page where you have added auction shortcode?
Can you deactivate and reactivate our auction plugin again? This would ensure that if there are any tables/columns and meta not defined properly will be defined properly again.
If the problem still persist then could you do the following:
1. Could you please share WooCommerce System Report? It can be found – WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report. This will help us analyze the WordPress setup that you are running and will give us an idea if WP and related softwares used are using the latest version or not.
2. Please share the test-steps and record a screen capture video with audio (if possible). We will get a clear idea about your issue. You can use below screen recorder for making video – https://icecreamapps.com/Screen-Recorder/. You can also take screenshots and share with us.
Regards,
Nitesh

We are resolving this issue. Feel free to reply to the points we have asked and our team will followup.
Dashboard>auctions>auctions: still says no items found.

But I can get to the auctions through:
dashboard>products>all products then filter for product type, auctions

Given the work-around, it’s not a usability issue, it was just confusing to have a non-functioning auction list (I assume it works on some installations).
