No Link Created

    Hello,

    Background: Bluehost is the service provider. A test site using WordPress was created and Temporary Login plugin was working. The test site was transferred to the final site on a different Bluehost server.

    After submitting a Temporary Login request the plugin says it created the login successfully but I do not get any link and the screen also says I have not created any temporary logins yet.

    I have contacted Bluehost support and they cannot find any errors reported.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Hi Dana,

    Strange!

    Please deactivate all other plugins and check once again.

    If that works which means there must be some conflict with other plugins.

    If deactivating all other plugins doesn’t work, please contact us. We will take a look at it.

    Hello,

    The WordPress site database was corrupted. A restore of a working backup solved the problem.
