no live data option

    clicking screen options on the Stream Records page does nothing so i cannot turn on Live Update. clicking screen options on the Alerts page does drop down options.

    does this only record activity for logging in? i created an alert for any author, any content, any action but the only two items in the stream are for creating the alert and when i logged in as admin. i accessed site pages both logged in and not logged in and none of those accesses show in the stream.
