Hi Tim,
The username does not need to be in a particular format though maybe avoid spaces.
The url you enter should just be the site url not the page url https://freedomfamily.nz should work.
I am not aware of any special permissions that you would need.

The app does require a cell phone signal in order to ping.
Are you getting a good cell connection where you are located?
Yes.. was in BOTH wi-fi and Cell reception.. left it for 30mins.. still nothing?

Try entering your info exactly like the screenshot below. Enter a different username but be sure to enter the url exactly like it is in this screenshot;

Let me know if it works. Otherwise there may be a compatibility issue with your phone or carrier.
OK.. so yay!.. It worked.. and now.. with my WP Theme.. there appears to be an issue?

Looks like it is tracking.
It does look like the top is cut off a little bit. That is most likely due to a CSS incompatibility with the theme. Is that what you are referring to?
Actually no.. was a delay but yes.. looks like it IS working.. Thanks so very much for your help.. really appreciate it. Im having trouble uploading the boatleg version.. but this will be great for now. cheers, Tim
