Hi I am not receiving emails sent from my site the test email is going through ok but nothing from contact form. This has only started happening as it worked ok before updating.

It is working ok on wired connections now but wont work on wifi via mobile and desktop 🙁

Hi,

This has nothing to do with Wifi or Wired Connections. 🙂

Please check your settings.

Are you using SMTP Setting or PhpMailer() to configure in Mail Bank?

Hi,

Can you check Mail Bank logs and see if the mail you are talking about is shown as “Sent” or “Not Sent”.

Not showing anything it only shows from my desktop and not from my mobile or pc connected via wifi

Hi,

Contact Form Simple Emails are going from Mail Bank as the status shown is Sent.

It must be stuck in the mail queue.

Please ask your SMTP Host to look into this as the mails are going from the plugin.
