No longer getting emails

Hi, I absolutely LOVED the Scroll Triggered Boxes until a few weeks ago when I abruptly stopped getting emails letting me know that someone had subscribed. I was getting at least 10 sign-ups a day and then nothing. I’ve tried everything trying to figure out what is wrong, including deleting and starting over, but still no luck. Please help!
