No Menu after update

    Hello!
    Back to upgrading sites after being out for a while.

    When upgrading past 10.2.6 of the free version, Shield will no longer show in the WP menu. Thoughts?

    Some things to consider:

    • Have you tried disabling all other plugins and testing this?
    • Are you on WPMS?
    • Are there errors in any logs?
    • Do you have any notices on the wp admin screen pertaining to shield?
    • Are you running php 7+
    • Is your MysqL version 5.6+ or MariaDB 10.1+?

    Disabled all plugins, no joy.
    Not on WPMS.
    Everything checks with no errors I can find.
    No notices.
    PHP 7.4
    The MysquL verson is 5.5.62. Having that upgraded today, will see if that works.

    Yep, upgrading your Mysql should fix it… we only support MySQL 5.6+ in the latest version of Shield.
