No menu created on install

    Hello,

    I read on Nested Pages documentation that a new menu is created on plugin install

    I did not get any new menu when I installed this plugin

    I looked at FAQ and around to find if someone had the same issue or if I missed something, with no luck

    How to get this menu nestedpages?
