In my mobile phone version of site https://czestochowa.zhp.pl/ main menu no develops. Can someone help me ?

Your theme loading it’s own Bootstrap css and js. Disable Download Manager Bootstrap from Dashboard >> Downloads >> Settings >> Basic tab.

That should fix JS conflict issue. Make your Misc settings like following screenshot,
