I have seen it before… but still, in my Users menu, I have just 3 options:
- All Users
- Add New
- Your Profile
There is no “Merge Users”… :-/
Please make sure that plugin is activated

I can promise that…
If I could send you images I would send you some screenshots…
Provide a screenshot of your active plugins with any screenshot extension so, we can sort out that which plugin is conflicting with our plugin. And let me know, are you using this plugin on single WordPress site or a network/multi-site?

And here the Users Menu:

I’m using the last version of the WordPress package in my own server.
Thanks again for your concern.
It looks like this is because of user role. We are working on it, you will get updates soon.
@pamcho please try the latest version and you will see a settings link on plugins list page where you have “Deactivate” link. On click, you will land on settings page. There you should see the settings or any error. As this plugin allows only administrators to use this page. The reason is, any mistake by the logged in user can mess the users content by merging. So Administrator is the right person to handle these situations.

@pamcho it means you are not a Super Admin. Make sure that your user role is Administrator.
