No message after password reset

    Overall I really like the plugin… but I do have a couple of problems I haven’t been able to figure out.

    The biggest one is that after a user creates a new password using the password reset, there’s no message to tell them to log in and no login form displayed. All that shows up is the h1 element and backtoblog element (both of which I’ve set to not display using the css because the settings to not display don’t seem to be working — so in my case the page is blank). I am displaying the site header and footer, so there’s that… but no message about the password being successfully reset, or telling them they can now log in with their new password, etc.

    Any ideas how I can fix this?

    (I have temporarily added a notice below the reset form letting them know they’ll have to log in after submitting their new password, but that disappears once they submit since it’s done with css using the :after to get it after the reset form).

    Hello Scott,

    I’m sorry to read about your struggles. But I’m affraid, I cannot really help you. I just tried to reproduce the behaviour that you described above in my testing environment.

    Do you use any membership plugins that might use different login pages than the original WP install? Or some ‘weird’ theme?

    Hi Stefan,

    Thanks for your response — sorry it’s taken me so long to reply, I’d accidentally forgotten to add the email address I use here on my new computer. :-/

    I think the problem my be the combination of my theme and the membership plugin I use… for now we’ve found a workaround.
