One year ago, we were not offering lifetime licenses, so it’s likely there’s a misunderstanding. If you made a purchase at that time, it would have been a subscription.
If you previously had an active license and it was cancelled, and you’re unsure why, please contact our support team here: https://servmask.com/contact-support
While I can’t speculate on your specific case, common reasons for license cancellation include:
1. Fraudulent payment (e.g. unauthorized credit card use)
2. Resharing or reselling the plugin
3. Abuse of our API or servers
4. Use in connection with illegal products or services
@yaniiliev You started your reply by mentioning that

So what’s the purpose of saying that? Does that mean if your marketing pitch in 2017 was different, your company would actually admit it and honor it? Just trying to understand the logic here.
Bought All-in-One WP Migration Unlimited Extension in 2017 for $69, it was advertised as lifetime updates and unlimited websites. I even confirmed this with the team by email back then, and I still have a copy. Now in 2025, Servmask revoked my license, claiming I violated their terms.
But back then, when I made my purchase their own site (see Wayback Machine, Aug 2017) clearly said “unlimited use,” and that’s exactly why I bought it.
@zakisp same boat here, what a bad behaviour & practice, they even removed my access to the billing system, my account is just gone without warning or notice – i’m switching to another plugin.
