No more plugin support – Please report this plugin

This plugin is no longer providing support is it?
So many questions I don’t see the owner responding, he should at least come out and say that he’s no longer working on this plugin but just in case I’m wrong:

I need each post topic to have seo title and descriptions.
Right now every page says Forum in the title (Meta tag)
