No notification email for submit listing

Hi,
The email notification doesn’t work for the new listing (submit).
It’s ok for the publication. Administrator and owner receive an email. But for submit emails, administrator and owner don’t receive any email for information.

Hi,
I have done several test without success.
I tested with another form and it’s the same.
I have no notification by mail for listing submit (owner and admin). But when I change the status from pending to published, the owner receive a notification by mail and the admin too.
But it has worked in the past.
