no numbers generate

    hi ,
    I am using the free version and have a problem. When a person buys a ticket and pays by Paypal no numbers are generated.
    I validated the customer’s payment via paypal and confirmed the purchase in my woocomerce.
    when I look in Tickets Information there is no information.

    When customers pay through Stripe I don’t have this problem.
    Do you have an idea?

    Hi – That is expected as noted in our documentation. https://wpraffle.com/docs/bronze-instruction-manual/bronze-generating-tickets/

    1. Paypal expressly prohibits using paypal for any charity fundraising raffles or any games of chance.

    2. The Paypal plugin does not send the woocommerce trigger to change the status.

    You will need to set up woocommerce to not accept Paypal for payments of the raffle tickets as we cannot support going against Paypals terms and conditions.
