No-one can write comments! Cannot even delete plugin!!

    For a few days, no-one can write any messages in my chat, including myself. I can’t even delete any of the old messages via clicking on the big “X” next to them.

    I did install several caching and image optimization related plugins to my site in the past week to try to speed load time, but disabling all of those new plugins did not help make the wise-chat window work again.

    Even worse, I can not delete the wise-chat plugin!! I can disable/deactivate it, but it won’t delete. The error I get is:

    “Deletion failed: Are you sure you want to do this?Please try again.”

    Hello,

    Yes, I confirm there is a bug that makes deletion impossible in the newest WordPress. The fix will be available in this week. As soon as you notice the new version of Wise Chat please update it and then you will be able to delete the plugin. Sometimes bugs happen and no one can guarantee that they won’t happen in future.

    Hi I saw that link before and tried the debug mode…it gave me some kind of google fonts error I think…but I can’t seem to get the debug mode to work a second time so that I can get the exact error message again to paste here for you. Will try again tomorrow and maybe I will e-mail you as I was considering buying the plugin soon, but am not currently sure.

    I need this plugin deleted off my plugins i try and it won’t let me what is the problem

    I fixed the issue. Please update to version 2.4.2 and then you will be able to delete the plugin.

    Thanks, I managed to delete the plugin. I tried to test the newest version by then reinstalling it, but still can’t type in text box so re-deleted.
