Make sure you are logged in to your site as an Administrator user as that is required for the Options and other menu items.

Thanks Matt. I was logged in as Administrator. I had installed the plugin on a localhost development site. I tried installing the plugin on a remote-hosted live site . . . the full MyCurator menu displayed on that site. Not sure if that’s what you in intended. An option or ability to work with the plugin locally would be nice — unless I just missed a setting someplace in WP. Thanks for your quick response to my issue.

It should work on localhost sites, we use them on Mac and PC for development. Might have been a wp setting or maybe a php/apache setting that was missing.
