No padding around image when creating a post

I am using the Mailpoet plugin to create a real estate newsletter. I cannot figure out why a portion of my newsletter has padding around an image, and another portion does not have the padding. Below are screen shots with the code below. Mailpoet plug automatically creates the code.

Any suggestions? I have deleted the offending blocks and placed them new again with the same problem. I really hate to go into a newsletter every time and have to edit the HTML prior to sending. Thanks.
