No Pagination

I apologize for the likely noob question/issue but could use your help. I’m developing a new site integrated with the Mikado Curly theme and Woocommerce. I needed more filter capability and came across you’re awesome plugin. The filtering seems to be working, but I can’t get any of the Pagination Options to work. I’ve tried Standard, Infinite and Load More…but do not get any results.
I suspect this is something easy…some sort of conflict with the theme or the way I’ve set up the shop page. Anyway, if you can help, I would be grateful.

As follow up to my first post, I’m using two shortcodes for the page. It seems the number of pages in at the bottom doesn’t sync with the number of products filtered through the filter. For example, the default is to display 12 products per page and there are 25 products, so 3 pages total. If I select a category with 1 product, tye default filter says, “Showing 1–12 of 25 results” and the pages at the bottom still says “1 2 3″.
