No pagination when short code used

Great plug-in, but when adding a category to a WordPress page by shortcode, no pagination is displayed. For example: https://refillcambodia.com/siem-reap/
If I instead go to https://refillcambodia.com/partners/siem-reap/, the pagination appears but I lose my formatting and sidebar.
If it matters, the them is using Bootstrap 4. I have tried with the built-in Bootstrap library enabled and disabled, but there is no difference.

It would appear that you have a very different understanding as to the meaning of “ASAP” than most people do. Even if you determined that you did not have time to fix this soon, is it really too much to ask that you have the courtesy to at least inform me of that?
