This is a functionality that is available in the PRO version of the plug-in. This forum is for the FREE version. Please submit to our official support, and we will tell you how to test the PRO version in our demo.

This free plugin has it greatly implemented but the problem is that they have lots of bugs. https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/woo-refund-and-exchange-lite/
Basicity it it a RMA system allowing user to pick a product to exchange and pick a product to get.
