No Performance Increase after install

    hi

    i just installed and activate the plugin but getting same results 78/91
    the problems that should be fixed by this plugin still show on google page speed insights.
    why?

    P.S – you asked on my other reply to post url , but i can’t because is with adult content and i am not sure is allowed to post it here.
