    Hi,

The new plugin should import the settings from the old one. I can see the pixel working on your website.

Since this is a total rewrite, it is possible that there are some errors and I want to fix them fast.

Did you had to reconfigure anything after the update?

    Thanks for the quick response!

I cleared my browser and now I can see it.
I updated the plugin and it was “empty” – no pixel ID, no settings and no events so I configured them again.
Also – the pixel isn’t showing up on all the pages like before. Should I configure anything else?

    Thanks!

In theory you don’t need to configure anything.
Adding the ID once again should not be necessary either…

Can you please send me a URL of a page where the plugin is not fired?

Did you have any events set on the site, or any special configuration?

I cleared my browser and now it’s o.k – I can see it on every page of my website.

    Thank you!

UPDATE: there was a bug on our side and in some cases the old settings were not imported.

It is fixed, and updating to the last version will solve this issue.

Thank you, at least when you know about it you can fix it… I also found out why the pixel “disappeared”. It was because I was logged into my wordpress account and I remove pixel from administrator and editor…

Yep, that’s a new feature. So we know it is working now 🙂
