• Hi there,

I have done all troubleshooting steps, clearing browser cache, site cache, purging cloudflare etc. I have disabled all plugins and tested.

I am using the latest version of PC, WP, and WooCommerce. I have checked the console, there is only one error but is unrelated to pixel caffeine.

When I inspect the page I can see the pixel code inserted in the header, but despite all my best efforts, Pixel Helper still gives me the message that “No Pixels Found”

Curious if you have run in to this before, I searched through the first 10 pages of resolved issues on the forum and didn’t see anything related.

    Mahalo for your time,

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @gaa23,

sorry to reply only now. I never hadn’t this error before. If you can see the fbq init from the source code, it must be work. Maybe that error you mentioned might block whole JS engine, so also the Facebook Pixel cannot work.

Anyway, I see you aren’t using PC anymore, but if you will use it again, please make sure that the init snippet is in the source code and that there isn’t any kind of error in console, otherwise please share here the error you have so I can check.

Thanks and sorry for the response delay.
