No place to enter the 2FA code

    Hello,

    I am trying to enable 2FA from the settings and once I click on radio button “on” , an email with security code arrives, however there is no place to enter the code. Nothing changes in the settings screen and its stuck there. Even the radio button does not switch from off to on.
    I have tried deactivating all other plugins and switched to basic theme.
