No Player Control

Hi, I activated the plugin but
(1) the stream is auto-played;
(1) only a play button is displayed and it changes to a pause button when clicked;
(2) the player only streams the audio but it cannot be paused or stopped;
(3) the page on which it is embedded behaves in an unstable way when the play or pause button is clicked. The page jumps to the top when the button is clicked.

Is this normal? It happens in Chrome and the new Microsoft browser.
