No plugin setting menu-button available

    I install the plugin but i cant see the “setting options” http://prntscr.com/10mgpyl

    WooCommerce version: 3.5.8
    WordPress version: 4.9.16
    PHP version: 7.2.34

    Woocommerce version might be the problem ?
    Also , i dont get any error log.
