No Plugin Update Notification?

    Hello WRC,
    I bought and installed the plugin in Dec. 2019 and I’m finally ready to implement it on my website. I keep all of my plugins updated and thought my WRC pricing was current. I couldn’t find the trashcan icon in the price column as I see in the demo video, so I as about to contact you about that, only to find from other reviews that my version is outdated (It says I have 1.0.3, when I saw a help topic where you mention 2.2.7.).

    Is this by design? I think it would help your users to have less issues if they could update their plugins (as most others do).

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us. Plugin version for free and pro are not same. 2.2.7 is for free version. 1.0.3 is for ultimate version. This support forum is only for free version. We have a dedicated support system for pro version. Login to our site and open a ticket there using the login details you have registered while buying the plugin.

    Next time you will not get answer here. For now, to get trash icon you have to enable font awesome icon. Go to Pricing Tables >> Tools and enable font awesome for both admin panel and front-end.
