No Plus Button

the “large button” setting must be lower than the max amount of buttons, see: http://take.ms/iXBsQ

You need to enable at least three buttons if the large button setting is “two”. Enabling the subscribe button will show you the plus button. It makes no sense to show the plus button if there are no more networks activated than the two which are already visible;)
