    Hi. Actions appear to be logged as triggered but no points awarded. I have attempted to manually award points and I receive ‘The server has returned an internal error’ message. This is under the ‘tools’ section. I have also attempted to select a specific user to give points to, using the same tool, and it can’t find any users.

    We just released a new update for GamiPress with some fixes

    Can you check if your issues while awarding points automatically and through the bulk awards tools get fixed?

    Unfortunately, same problem. I updated WordPress to latest just in case too. 🙁

    To let me debug it, can you send your system info file to [email protected]?

    Also, when you setup your points awards to automatically award your users, have you setup correctly them? specially the maximum number of times to earn it

    I’ll email you the file.
    Also, I have various ones. At least several have unlimited or ‘0’ setup.
    I can also not add manually.

    I will mark this topic as resolved

    Seems that there is another plugin that breaks every ajax request (included WordPress heartbeat)

    So definitively is something not coming from GamiPress

    UPDATE:

    I have disabled every plugin except the following:
    Woocommerce
    GamiPress
    GamiPress WooCommerce addin

    The issue persisted. In fact, if I disabled the GamiPress WooCommerce add-in, it would function.

    Here’s what I ended up doing. I updated WooCommerce to the latest master-dev build and that resolved the issue.

    I am documenting this out there in case anyone else on here has this issue.
