No post types displayed

No post types are displayed within the ul#archiveschecklist. Simply has an LI stating no results found; so a slight improvement on the other plugin I tried for this purpose.
Custom posts added through functions, all set to public – can’t see a reason they wouldn’t show up. Will jump into the code now and see if I can find an answer…

WordPress 3.9.1, not other plugins that I could see having any interference (Just a regenerate thumbnails plugin).
