    Hello,

    The filter by category works correctly for posts, but filter by tag is showing zero posts for every tag, even though we have posts with those tags.

    We are on the latest version of WordPress (6.4.3) and use WP Astra as our theme.

    Any suggestions or ideas for a fix would be helpful.

    Hi @plollo

    Go to your products and check if those tags are created and how they are created. Go to your Products -> Tags and check if those tags are created there as well and how many products are applied to them.

    Also, try to change the VAR names, from Filters -> Settings -> VAR/URL prefixes/names. And then try it.

    Thanks, Victor. We don’t have any products, only posts. The Filter Set is working for filtering posts by category, but not working filtering posts by tag.

    Hi @plollo

    It should work without any issues. Can you go to the Posts -> Tags and make a screen there? Also the screen of filter settings, the exact tags filter.

    No problem. I’ve attached a screenshot of the Posts > Tags screen, as well as the Filter Sets > Specific Filter I created, and a screenshot of the Posts > All screen so you can see that posts are indeed tagged.

    Hard to tell, but here is what can you do to find the issue 100%. First of all clean all of the cache turn off object cache and so on. Then got to the filter set settings and hit update. Check if it is working correctly. If not. Try to turn off 90% of the plugins. And change the theme to the default one. If this all won’t make it work. There is not much we can do as it would require credentials at this point. And by the rules on this forum, it is not allowed.

    Well, it’s fixed now πŸ™‚ All I did was edit the filter set. I changed the “VAR name for URL” field for tags so that it didn’t match the “VAR name for URL” field for categories. I guess that created some error. Just posting here for future ref in case it helps anyone else out.
