No Pro support options

AI Powered support is useless, Submit a ticket is broken and My activity is pointless, so the only option is to either pay €121 to upgrade to premium support or to post here.
I want to get a refund for my Elementor Pro purchase but I’ve been blocked from doing that too. Where do I go form here?

ww.wp.xz.cn rules state that commercial products are not supported here.
