No ratings allowed

    On a clean WP install, with no further plugin installeds. Using IH Photographer theme.
    When I rate any given post, I am not allowed to rate on any other post.
    Also, when modifying any Rating Options, all parameters in Ratings Templates are restored to the Default Template (Normal Rating)
