    From List Participants, Sent the Send Signup Email, when I click on the link in the email get the “No record was found” error message. Followed the setup instructions, not sure what might be wrong on settings. Any suggestions on what to look for here?

    Saw previous issues with this where the culprit was PHP version. How do I check the version?

    Also, on the list page, when I click on the Private ID, I get the same error message. Is that normal?

    Make sure the shortcode on the page you’re going to when clicking on the private link or private ID is the [pdb_record] shortcode.
