1. Order Note issue:

2. Recovery Emails are not being sent:
I will be checking this issue and let you know on the same. Can you tell me you are facing this issue with the guest user or logged-in users?
3. Email Sent Time:
Can you share with us the URL of your website? So, I can abandon a cart as a guest user and check when emails are being sent.

the website is this one:
for the point 2: I don’t see any guest, only visitors, with or without emails.
Anyway I saw a lot of recovered orders in woocommerce, but nothing inside the page “recovered orders” and no email were sent to the owner of the ecommerce.

I have abandoned a cart as a guest user for the testing purpose on your website and I am checking whether I am able to receive the abandoned cart reminder email or not.
Let me explain the workflow of our plugin:
1. For logged-in users, carts are tracked from the time when they add the first product to their cart. However, guest user carts are tracked after the user enters the email address on the Checkout Page.
2. Then our plugin will send automatic reminder emails for the activated email templates to the users who have abandoned their carts.
3. Then if the user comes to the site from abandoned cart reminder email by accessing the cart page link and recover the cart, then that order will be displayed on the Recovered Orders tab.

We are sorry for the delay in response.
The Abandoned Cart Reminder Emails are being sent for the guest user. As I was able to receive the email for my abandoned cart from your website.

Regarding Order Note issue:
This issue has been fixed in the plugin version 5.3.0 which is rolled out yesterday. So, you can upgrade the plugin and check it with the latest version.
