NO REGISTER PAGE,ETC

Hi, I am using 4.0 wp. I already install this plug-in and paste the following code in the HEAD.PHP.

I even add the Rencontre widget to the side bar. nothing shows up still?. This is the only thing I did, what else am I missing? Please help… Thanks, Jimmy
