No Registration possible

    Hello, I have installed the latest version of GetResponse Forms by Optin Cat. It also worked, but suddenly no longer. I have not changed any settings. After pressing, I will be forwarded to the next page, but no registration or forwarding is made to GetResponse. I disabled other plugins, emptied the cache. I do not know any more. Your plugin is great if it works and would like to continue using it. Thank you for your support.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the troubles. It appears we need to update and improve our integration with GetResponse, as we’ve gotten multiple similar reports. We’d like to get some more information. If you could switch your forms to use the ‘display thank you immediately’ option, it may provide us some more details.

    Let us know when you’ve done that, and we would like to inspect your forms in more detail.

    Sorry it’s been so long. We’ve just released a patch to address the problems between our plugin and Campaign Monitor. Everything should work great again. Let us know if you have any further issues.
