    Hi,

    I sent a sample to [email protected], along with a question.
    I haven’t received any response in 6 days (not even a “We have received your message”)
    Is this normal ?

    Hi @superlapin,

    I have just checked and we have been receiving recent messages to samples, including some in the last 24 hours which our team have been responding to.

    Please try sending a copy of the message to wftest @ wordfence . com from your sent items and let me know here once you have sent it. If received, I will pass this on for you, but I also wish to check your sender details against the messages received to samples@… without you having to publicly state them here.
