• Hi, when I run the job, after a while I receive this message:

    Job “Backup completo” has started, but not responded for 10 seconds. Please check information.

    I looked at the informations but I cannot see nothing wrong.

    What do I have to do?

    Even if I didn’t change anything, now the job starts.
    Maybe because the site was not online waiting for the domain migration?

    Now the problem is a message that tells me several times:

    “ERROR: ZipArchive returns status: Write error: Disk quota exceeded
    ERROR: ZIP archive cannot be closed correctly”

    What does it mean?

    Hi Sergio,

    it seems there is no free space on the backup destination you are using. Delete some files and try it again. Probably there are older backups you do not need any more.
