    In my e-commerce site, I have a product called “W8 Unlocking and Lubricant Spray with 8 Functions.” My customers search for “W8” and don’t find anything. How can I fix this? This is just one example, but it happens with many products. Another product is called “Tellarini AL 40 Transfer Pump.” Customers search for “AL40” or “AL 40” and get “No results.”

    The default minimum word length is 3. You can set it to 2 from Settings > Relevanssi > Indexing > Advanced Indexing Settings > Minimum Word Length. After changing the value, rebuild the index.
