    Hello,

i just installed wordpress multisite + piwik in a subfolder + the wp-piwik addon
Problem : although everything seems correctly installed, my stats remain empty

I alread tried disabling itheme security on wordpress, adblock on my computer, refreshing cache, trying different browsers from different computers located in different places = my stats are still empty

I manually created a page where i pasted the script and it works, i have 1 visitor 😉

but back in wordpress, when i check the source code of my pages, there is no “trackback” script anywhere. Am i supposed to paste that script in my wordpress theme manually ? (i thought wp-piwik would do it automatically ??)

First, did you enable the tracking feature? (Settings -> WP-Piwik -> Enable Tracking)

Second, did you check your tracking filter settings? By default, WP-Piwik won’t add the tracking code if the site is viewed by the admin. If your are not sure, just log out and check the source code again.

Third, if the tracking code still isn’t added, please check your theme’s footer.php. It should contain the wp_footer() call, otherwise the tracking code is not added.
