Go to the Page/Post, make sure that Page SEO Settings is selected in Screen Options and then look in the SEO module under the page in the Robots Meta Settings & Local Search Settings sections.

I want to add clarification for the check-boxes:
Noindex: Will remove your page from the search results and sitemap
Nofollow: No links on the page will be followed by Search Engines (they’re rendered worthless)
Noarchive: The page disencourages caching by Search Engines or the Internet Archive
Exclude from local search: Removes the page from local WordPress search query results.
