Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop today.
Each quiz is saved in the Custom Post Type (CPT), you can keep them as a draft and then use the shortcode to insert a quiz in any post or page, please refer this image https://mythemeshop.d.pr/JQGGjD
After this you can configure the URL Feed and the Post/Page SEO using any SEO plugin like our Rank Math SEO or Yoast SEO.
Regarding the message on mythemeshop.com, could you please tell me where did you post your message? Did you use the contact us page or our support forum?

Sorry for the misunderstanding.
1) Archive (Feed) title and that description are coming from the theme, to change the title of that archive page, you need to edit the theme archive template. But after purchasing, please open a support ticket, our support team will assist you to modify that title.
2) Unfortunately, currently we don’t have the option to change the Archive URL, but I have asked one of our developers to work on this option, and the new update will be released in 1 or 2 days.
Regarding the SEO of that page, that can be handled from the SEO plugin’s setting page, here is the screenshot of Rank Math SEO https://mythemeshop.d.pr/66yotN
