    From the provided screenshots I can tell that your weight ranges for Royal Mail methods are not correct. Let’s start by fixing them: each range should be a continuation of a previous one: https://take.ms/boLUm

    Currently it’s a bit messy – e.g. one weight is covered by two rules.

    ok, for now, I have removed second class

    so just have royal mail & dpd

    here are my current settings after changes

    royal mail

    0-1
    1.01-1.25
    1.26-1.50
    1.51-1.75
    1.76-2

    DPD
    2.01-30

    Hello

    just a quick message to let you know I have sorted it,

    removed DPD, fixed royal mail (weight issue)
    added DPD back in,
    now all good.
